1. What is your MOQ term?
MOQ: US$3000 per item.
in the amount of the order is less than USD3000,our offer is ex-work price
It means that you should deliver the goods by courier based on the freight collect.otherwise.we will charge USD150.00 for each shipment.
The extra handling fee is for us to cover high local transportation fee, customs declaration charge etc.
2. What is your Payment term?
We only accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C at sight.
No Credit Card is acceptable.
For small amount of sample charge, we also accept West Line.
3. Could you please send us a catalogue and samples?
We are glad to send catalogue or samples to you.

5. What are the documents you provide to clear custom?
Normally, full original shipping documents based on FOB or CFR includes Bill of lading, GSP Form A (CO), Invoice and Packing list,
and extra insurance policy will be provided based on CIF.
Packing declaration and other special documents are also available on demand.
6.How about lead time for samples and mass goods
Normally.we will send samples without customized logo to you within 2days after receipt of your email
For the samples with customer¡¯s logo,we will finish the samples within 7days
For mass goods.we normally arrange for the shipment within 30days.exact delivery time depends on the exact order.
7. How can we get the goods?
(i)we can deliver the goods by courier(TNT,UPS,DHL etc).it is a nice service based on door to door.you needn¡¯t do anything.
(ii)we can deliver the goods via regular shipping company,you should contact your local forwarder/import broker to clear the goods at your customs. |
